Please note that for Appeals for Last Min Cancellation:

1) If you have submitted a valid MC, please proceed to book your replacement lesson immediately
2) If you do not have MC or documents, we will process your appeal based on your past cancellations and appeals, and will get back to you within 3 to 5 business days. You may only book for replacement lessons only when appeal is approved.

*If this is your first time appealing without documents in recent months, rest assured your appeal would most definitely be approved. Please go ahead and make your plans at ease.
