Our management team will be in touch with you regarding the results in 3 working days. Please note that all decision the management make will be final in regards to your appeal.

The appeal decision will take into account, but not limited to the following:

• Nature of appeal
• Number of classes affected
• Number of appeals submitted in the past 6 months
• Number of cancellations of classes in the past 6 months
• Number of last-minute cancellations in the past 6 months
