Mei Yang first contacted us almost three years ago when she wanted to enroll Vishnu into our drum classes. Vishnu had shown interest in drums, but because he was too young then, we decided after a few months of lessons that it was best to temporarily stop the classes due to his attention span and resume it later.

Years later, they came back to us, and we decided to have another go at it. This time Mei Yang decided that she would join together with Vishnu and go on this journey as a team. The results have been excellent. We went through their tears and saw them grow as individuals and as drummers. We saw how they help and motivate each other, how Mei Yang would try to understand more to demonstrate and guide his son at home, how Vishnu puts pressure on himself, and eventually overcome tough challenges.

This journey for us has been fruitful and rewarding as well, to see our students bond and grow.
